FAQ

The Mootes beard balm is based on jojoba oil, shea butter, and beeswax, which keep your beard smooth while providing moisture. The natural oils give a shiny look without drying out.

The scent comes exclusively from essential oils – we do not use any artificial fragrance oils. This gives your beard a natural, pleasant fragrance without synthetic additives.

Take a small amount (about the size of a pea) into your palm, warm it between your hands, and run it through your beard in the direction of growth. It's best to work the balm in with a beard brush – this helps distribute it evenly all the way to the tips. The balm provides light hold and keeps your beard neatly shaped.

The beard gets a natural look with fine texture. There is a subtle shine, but nothing surprising – your beard looks well-groomed.

The balm works for all beard lengths, from stubble to a full beard. You need less for shorter beards and can increase the amount for longer beards.

Unlike beard oil, this balm also provides styling hold thanks to the beeswax. You get care AND light hold in one product – ideal if you want to shape your beard.

Orders that we have received by 14:00 and that you have already paid for by credit card, PayPal, or Twint are usually processed and dispatched on the same day.
